This page on the front top of the support page is confusing and it seems unnecessary to be in that location. Proposing hiding this article.

Sounds like it's an account Web uses for various things. @zephyranthes03 was just signed into the wrong account when leaving a review. |

Can it be set to hidden or maybe move it so it's not so front and center? |

It can't be set to hidden unless the web team's able to make the direct URL work for hidden articles. We could create a new category lower down on the page and move it into that (or move it into an existing category, but not sure which one it would best fit in). |
